Chris Layne
Managing Director
Chris serves as Managing Director of Total Sports. He has 22 years of experience in the Sports Management profession, laying the foundation for a successful career. Chris’ professionalism and ability to relate to others has led to great relationships industry-wide. His work is driven by a high level of ethics and loyalty. Chris is a former collegiate sprinter at his alma mater, Middle Tennessee State University.
Natalia Rivas-Foster
Director of Client Services
Natalia serves as Director of Client Services for Total Sports. She handles all accounting responsibilities of the office, administers all contracts, and serves as an athlete liaison for all travel and budgeting inquiries. Natalia, an avid marathoner, is a former collegiate distance runner and holds her Masters in Business Administration.
Stephen Haas
Director of Operations, Athletics
Stephen spends the majority of his time on the road with our Total Sports clients while conducting business across the industry. He also handles our road racing category and serves as the coordinator for our European base in Leuven, Belgium. Stephen is a former professional distance runner and a graduate of Indiana University and was represented by Total Sports during his career.
Lee McVey
Director of Operations, Baseball & Legal Council
As Director of Baseball Operations, Lee is responsible for day to day contact with athletes. Lee is a certified player agent and draft advisor with the Major League Baseball Player’s Association. In his capacity as Director of Baseball Operations, Lee has negotiated with all major shoe and apparel brands and negotiated the highest signing bonus for any player out of Tennessee Tech University. Using established relationships with MLB teams and scouts, Lee makes sure that every amateur player makes the best decision possible for his future.
Nichole Tiggs
Director of Operations, Soccer
Nichole Tiggs, a native of Chandler, Arizona, comes to Total Sports with 15+ years of coaching experience at all levels of the game - ten of those years at the collegiate level, and most recently at the University of Illinois. Prior to coaching, Tiggs was a four-year starter at Indiana State University from 2002-05. She was an All-Missouri Valley Conference performer, a CoSIDA Academic First and Second team honoree, and an Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholars First Team honoree. Tiggs ended her career as the Sycamore's career leader in points, goals and shots in a single season. She earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science/Legal Studies from ISU in 2006, before moving onto graduate school at UND where she earned a master's degree in Public Administration in 2008. Tiggs holds her "C" license from the United States Soccer Federation, and both a Goalkeeping Level II Diploma and National Diploma from United Soccer Coaches. She is a graduate of the NCAA Women Coaches Academy and is Wyscout and Sportscode certified and member of the United Soccer Coaches. Tiggs is also a board member for EPIC For Girls and The Sports Bra Project.
Steve Skrinar
Director of Development, Baseball
Steve joined Total Sports Baseball at the beginning of 2020 as the Director of Development. He has over ten years of Major League Baseball experience, in scouting and player development, front office experience, and as a player representative. Steve served as a scout for both the Pittsburgh Pirates and Texas Rangers and was involved with the MLB Amateur Draft as a member of the Pirates and Rangers. Steve is an expert evaluator – determining a player’s potential, value, and longevity. His experience provides clients and their families peace of mind throughout their careers.
Adam Colorito
Client Services Associate & Social Media Coordinator
Adam handles all marketing and social media and assists our athletes on the ground at our summer European base in Leuven, Belgium, and domestically on the road throughout the year. He has nine years of collegiate coaching experience and was a collegiate distance runner at Slippery Rock University and then went on to earn an M.A. in Sports Physiology at East Tennessee State University.
